Using the services the first time (MMS/GPRS) activates it automatically. For more popular phones, you can have your settings sent to you by just sending GO (Handset Model. ex: N6120) to 2951 for GPRS/MMS settings and then INET also to 2951. Sending the message and the settings should be free but you should have at least P60 in your balance.
