• The subject matter that you want me to tackle
• Date, time, & duration of the actual presentation
• Location
• Target audience -- skill level, profession, etc.
• Expected # of attendees
• Expectations with the presentation
• The name & dates of the event (if the presentation is just one part of a series of talks)
• Any other information that you feel will aid me in customizing the presentation to your target audience

Equipment needed:

• LCD projector
• Internet connection (depending on the topic of the presentation)
