In talking at me I know the call center spiel, but wow I almost burst my heart out because of the pasty crab. Oh boy I couldn't believe it. | I don't have experience yet in PLDT, will when i was about to apply they said that our location is already full, so thinking the alternative way smartbro, for more than a year i don't have too much complain with smart bro and good to say they have stable connections, even though it's raining, it may slow but at least it won't disconnect, we live on the city by the way, so it's not quite hard to find a signal or somethin. |

During rainy days it would slow down and worst no connection at all, and I thought smart bro was terrible. Sometimes it takes days for them to fix my dsl. After a year I switched to SmartBro the connection was ok, much better than the previous although I still experience intermittent connection but not as bad pldt dsl landline. Their CSR was ok. I've experience other ISP connections all of them are the same, for now i'll just be contented with smartbro. |

Today, i had a very bad experience with MYDSL specially to their personnel named "Jean from Iloilo(a dispatcher)". I cant imagine how they treat their customer just like a nowhere stranger. As far as i know customers deserves a friendly service. But im wrong, it was a big dissapointment. Jean the personnel, get mad at me.. I awaited for so many days for the internet and telephone connection and they told us to follow up.. Imagine customers are the one follow up their application instead of calling us or inform us the status. its not convenient in the side of the customers. Can anyone suggest me, how can we give a disciplinary action to this employee of myDSL. Her attitude is very unacceptable.. Despite from harashment, i give my recommentdation to smartbro.. your great! Thanks |

is smart bro good as pldt mdsl. im a subcriber of PLDTmyDSL for 1 year in the first installment it is fine good connection no packet loos but as the customer apply to that the same line or plan it gradually degrade. maybe the connection is full using the same ip. dns servers etc. need to say it PLDMYDSL suck, its better called lousy... yes its take weeks to finish installing.. why is it? maybe they are too lazy to call, inform or give us feedback. lazy to act. how much time would it take to process one new account. what are pld agents and technicians are doing? its better to transfer to a better ISP that to suffer from poor, lowest quality of services og PLDT myDSL its better to called it PLDT suckiest DSL or Lousy DSL not mydsl. lol  goodbye PLDT my DSL you SUCK. hello to SMART BRO... oh btw tell me whats the highest speed in smartbro. |

our experience with pldt has been horrible, imagine we used to subscribe to smartbro, after a year we decided to switch to pldt mydsl 2mbps plan to get a faster connection,(big mistake!) we decided not disconnect our smartbro at first to see if pldt mydsl was reliable or keep smarbro as a back-up, a few weeks afterwards we terminated our smartbro subscription coz we did'nt really see problems with pldt, it was fast at first, we ignored the intermittent disconnection but afterwards it was a pain in the @ss!! Its been this way since we hooked up with them last may, we never got an uninteruppted connection eversince, customersupport always tells us its a network problem in our area, yeah right! |

Kaya tumawag ako sa PLDT then sabi ko bawal yung ginagawa nila at pwede ko silang ireport sa DTI. ayon after 1day nasa 980kbps na connection ko. utakan lang yan.hehehehe |

I never had much stress and hassle time since we subscribed to PLDT myDSL. The trend is, If you don't have any phone line yet it will cause you to wait much 100x time until the internet service will be activated, for us we actually waited for 3 weeks before the phone line was installed and at this very moment we remain not getting any internet access yet. (pain pain pain 100x) I already emailed the said company but it seems that I am only getting a mediocre response. We also received some calls from their team but then they will just leave you an impression of..... do these people really know what they are doing?.. I personally do not deserve such service or should I say treatment. I work in a call center for internet access abroad and our clients are really demanding about the service I myself also deserve to demand in getting the service I deserve... This is not worth it after all... |

I have been a PLDT DSL subscriber for 3 years now. There was no other broadband choices unfortunately. I would rate it satisfactory until DEC 2008 when it has gone bad. Since then, my DSL has been very erratic; it kept dropping and customer service were always idiotic in their answers. "Sir you have a pending upgrade in your plan - therefore, it is normal to get service interruptions". I am now deciding to terminate this upgrade. And according to their customer service, that should stop the service interruptions right? I also have experience with Eastern and Bayantel DSL (at makati office). Speed and reliability are OK. Customer Representatives are honest too: "sir we have a problem, please bear with us". Too bad, they dont cover my home.  I also have tested Smart 3G, Globe Visibility and Sun 3G. Smart 3G is BAD. I would oftentimes spend 10-15 minutes with no data traffic..  Globe Visibility is better. However, some applications wont run on Globe's 3G; I think their 3G internet gateaway is wrongly configured. Sun 3G? hmmm I just tested it for a few hours - cant say if its really OK. Its got limited area coverage too.. In the end, there is no perfect service. |

nyahahahaha! its a good thing that i didnt subscribe to the useless internet pldtdsl connection. the employees of pldt are a bunch of morons and assholes! hehehehe! smart bro is still the best. i have also experienced a slow connection before(49kbps), 'called their hotline and had a nice conversation with their sup(sheS got a lovely enchanting bedroom voice), she promised me to increase the speed of my connection. and she kept her promise. i now enjoy an upstream of 325kbps-384kbps and a downstream of 250kbps-300kbps. it just took a lil bit of nice swit talk to attain a nice and constant connection, hehehe! GO GO GO SMART BRO!!!  |

So far, here in bacolod the best ISP is Pldt mydsl coz I think there is a misconfiguration and all of the plan 990 went high speed up to 6mbps, I am not joking. I enjoyed downloading some torrents up to 500Kbps. A 800 Mb movie took me an hour. Bad news is I moved into another place and the only ISP available is smartbro and the speed is 300+ kbps torrent speed is 10Kbps  compare to my previous bandwidth this is hell. This is my PLDT myDSL speed when I was in Bacolod.  |

 i think myDSL is just fine. im subscribed on plan 999 w/c promises up to 1mbps, then look at my results. 1.5mbps or so. well maybe because our PLDT here in Butuan has just opened recently. and maybe because most of the residents here use BayanDSL. oh well.. i can't say for now.. maybe in the future i'll encounter such problems. |
